Vintage black lace collar made by KOW, still with the original tag. Measures 13.5 x 10.5 at the sides. Nice lace with lovely floral purple, yellow and red glass beads. There are two mesh spots on the sides that are unraveling, I have included close-ups of the areas. Estate find.
